The location is right next to lift B38. Maybe 30m from top. So it really is ski in and out.
We found stuff that was left behind from previous visitors. The kitchen doesn't have a toaster nor microwave. If you prepare bigger portion of food then a microwave would be really handy to warm it up later.

Loved the Ski in ski out location, the beautiful interior and in particular the balcony views !
Would have been awesome to have clean sheets ready for us but the only reason we did not was because the owner is unable to visit åre due to the pandemic!
