Disappointing

Nice big room with air con

If you don't want a good sleep it's the perfect place.no housekeeping or even supplies to do it yourself . Very hot room

The location is great the room is a big size

There was ac clearly stated in the description but it did not work AT ALL so it's a false description they need to take the a/c description off

Great location. Kitchenette was super handy.

Bathroom was really smelly and old and not really nice. No cleaning or emptying of the trash bins which would have been nice. Noise but it is right in the middle of the bar area.

Very good

It's right in the center in front of chicos Bar, were the music is very loud until 10-11pm.For us it was OK, cause we liked this kind of music;-) if not maybe search for a more quiet place... The place Montezuma/Moctezuma itself is great and the beach is only 1min away

Good location, nice kitchen

We got to Montezuma after 1,5 month of travelling on a budget and so we were used to rooms which are a bit noisier and we never minded. But the rooms here are of a different breed. The walls appear paper thin and you can hear everything. Additionally the beds are not comfortable at all. So we just had a bad night which would be ok. But in the morning at around 8 our alarm consisted of the daughter of one of the staff members watching I guess like a TikTok compilation with the sugar crash song over and over really loud. If I’d stayed any longer in this hostel I think madness wouldn’t have been far. But I mean in Montezuma you can relax from the night during daytime pretty well and if you just need that extra tension and stress level than this might just be the right fit for you.

Terrible noise

It is next door to a club that blasts the loudest music I have ever heard every day of the week until at least 2 am. The hotel doesn’t have windows, only screens. I stayed there 5 nights with basically no sleep.

Wonderful location, excellent customer service, brilliant value.

Beautiful hotel ideally situated in the heart of Montezuma, a few yards from the beach and close to all the bars and restaurants. Incredible customer service from the very kind hotel manager

The location was perfect just in the middle of town... good AC.. good cleanness..... comfortable bed... parking safe and spacious....

No table for having a dinner in the room... really uncomfortable..... the reviews were alerting about noise.... but we arrived on monday... and no loud music but yes... you hear the cars and people in the street but it is ok.....

the staff was friendly and the communication on whatsapp was good.

the hotel is in the middle of the center so it was very noisy until 3am. hard to fall asleep. there was a crab in our shower hahaha

Very noisy place

Very central, best price for this moment.

Too central. Loud music blasting through the night, at least not from any establishment but from some guys having around there. One of the rooms smelled like a fryer but luckily they allowed us to change the room.

Bad Experience & Sleepless Night

location is good you are at the center of the town, surroundings really cute, good-looking kitchen (although we did not cook in it), not specifically uncleaned but this wasn’t a restful night. We won’t recommend it but it was the cheapest option at the time.

cold shower, bad isolation + in front of bars putting loud music so it’s very noisy in the room, it rained a lot that night and water was coming out of the ceiling a little bit which fell on my face (after moving the bed it was ok but still), mosquito nest covering the windows are not in a very good shape, stains on the bed sheet and cover, one bed was confortable the other not at all. Room 21.

This place has been a nightmare ! Your room will be just above one of the popular place for partying until 4 am. Every single night has been horrible, you just feel like in a nightclub. In the room everything is dated and dirty. All the sheets had stained on them, one of the pillow case had not been changed and was still smelling the perfume of the previous guest.. Had to ask for the room to get clean otherwise no cleaning during our 4 nights there. It’s just a terrible place. And good luck to find someone at the reception, went there 5 times to get toilet paper !

Exceptional

Amazing location! Infront of the beach and close to the waterfalls. Very nice staff that helped us with everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen.

Pleasant

The location was good, right beside the beach, everything important was there. Personal was friendly.

When we arrived, the hotel was empty. We had to wait several hours until someone arrived and gave us our room keys. But the people there were helpful and friendly.

Good

Really, really good location. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. Also a private parking is included which is great. We can pay by credit card and I appreciated it. The lady that welcomed me was super nice and speak english! The kitchen has a lot of tools to cook! No hot water in our room, it didn't bother us since it was really hot all day but should be a problem if you're a family with kids.

It was really loud in the morning, I don't know if it was the staff or people that lived there but around 6am every morning they were talking just in front of our door. The window's mosquito nets in our room were useless since they have big holes, it should be replaced.
