The resort is located in an incredible spot… the views are just amazing from the swimming pool. The staff was very pleasant at the reception and helped us with taxis. They also offered a room upgrade which was very much appreciated. We also liked the food, best spring rolls in Vietnam…. Breakfast was also very Nice. To summarize, a lovely stay in a Lovely resort…
The dining room was a bit loud during our stay due to big groups organizing various events (birthday, etc..), but this is really a minor comment… As said, our experience was really very positive.

Super friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner and coffee were tasty. Very remote location. Pool was cleaned all the time. The views were a.azing.
Spotted a lizard in our room at one point, and multiple on the balcony, so some holes need sealing. Lots of roadworks going on July 2026 disturbing the peaceful setting. Very bumpy road on the lead up to the resort. Balcony chairs very rigid and not very comfortable. Bathroom sink not draining properly

La vue est vraiment exceptionnelle, la piscine a débordement qui donne sur la vallée est magnifique.
Le site est magnifique et les lits confortables .
L’hôtel est très éloigné de tout, pas de Grab, les serveuses ne parlent pas du tout anglais. Climatisation en panne, hôtel un peu vieillissant.
Il y avait des travaux à côté avec des tractopelles non stop de 7h15 à 17h30,
ce qui rendait la jouissance du lieu impossible, nous avons dû partir plus tôt que prévu tant le bruit était insupportable.
