Ban công view đẹp, thoáng. Phòng sạch sẽ, phòng tắm rộng, đầy đủ tiện nghi, bữa sáng có khá nhiều sự lựa chọn cho mọi người, nhân viên lễ tân tiếp đón nhiệt tình
Mình lưu trú cùng đợt với 1 đoàn công ty, họ hát hò gào hét rất ồn ào từ chiếu đến tối nên bọn mình phải ra ngoài đến tối muộn mới về phòng. Ảnh hưởng khá tệ đến cảm giác thư giãn của khách khác.
Nhân viên phục vụ bữa sáng không thật thà với khách. Khi mình hỏi phở có mỳ chính k0 thì bạn ý khẳng định là k0 có nhưng chị đứng bếp bảo là có 1 ít xong bạn ý quay ra nói tiếng dân tộc với chị ở bếp, mình đứng đó và chứng kiến tất cả. Mình bị dị ứng mỳ chính nên việc nhân viên nói dối khách là điều tối kỵ khi phục vụ món ăn. Mình đã hỏi lại chị bếp khi k0 có bạn kia ở đó và chị bếp nói trong phở có mỳ chính nếu em bị di ứng thì k0 nên ăn. Cảm ơn chị ở bếp đã nói thật với em!

Incredible location and views. Beautiful pool and breakfast area. Very nice helpful staff.
Mmmmm..a number of issues.
The aircon could not cope with the heat..it was very difficult to sleep and cool down. It was very unpleasant.
The mattress was very hard..no toppers available. Pillows and linen not up to standard. I had to ask for another pillow.
Very limited information given to us re towels for the pool, the electric mini buses to get around etc. We were only told when checking out they didn’t accept credit cards! We had just enough dong to pay for everything.
No safe in the room

One mirror in the bathroom and nowhere else in the room
No tissues and no hand wash
No proper seating outside the room..on the website the top floor room looks lovely..and it is..gorgeous views..but there isn’t shade outside the room, and there was one table with broken chairs around it on the terrace. Our neighbours sat there and smoked. 😕
Semi broken loungers by the pool..furniture is made from plastic that has deteriorated.
Worst breakfast we’ve had in Vietnam ..v limited choice and no fruit offered.
Weak cocktails that were expensive.
No atmosphere or ambience in the place. La Luna looks nice on the web but they have not thought through what people want for a nice experience and have cut corners. I think the reviews flatter it. Very disappointing.
