Yes i enjoyed my stay at the Bloom, and found the room and facilities to be very good, I also enjoyed the Breakfast. I will be coming back to stay at the Bloom in January 27 for a week. I can thoroughly recommend the Bloom as a great place to stay. Thanks Tim Godbold

Last minute booking and it been our best choice.
The room is huge, a lot of space. Good equipment for the kitchen. The bathroom is also very good, you will have Japanese toilet and for once in Vietnam… the shower is powerfull !
The bed is very big and comfortable and the TV is like the room, HUGE.
Breakfast is lite, it’s the only negative point. You only have 1 choice between all the menu and a drink.
The staff is very useful and they speak well English.
Genny was the best, very kind. She deserve to get a salary increase for is professional work.

The staff from the restaurant were very nice. Food was yummy. That was the only thing we liked about our stay
They charged us 480k vnd from bed stains we didn't know where it came from. We asked to have our room cleaned and when we were back we were surprised that they charged us with the stain. We know it's a scam.
Also, There were no cooking pans provided. We requested but nothing came. They were very quick to charge us with the stain but never with our requests.
