The furnishings are basic but appropriate and enough for a 3-star hotel. With a competitive rate of around USD 20 - 30 per room, we did not expect anything more. Room is very clean, bed is good
The hotel is conveniently located near the night market, Beer Street, and many local restaurants and shops.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, both during the day and at night. The staff recommended some delicious local food for us to try, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
There is a bar next door that plays fairly loud music until around 12.30Am. However, we understand that this is a centrally located hotel, so we did not find it bothersome. We really enjoyed the lively atmosphere here, that's why we choose this hotel

reasonable prices and good service quality, fitting the 3-star hotel segment. We found the room, bedding were very good, and we were satisfied with the functional facilities provided.
Friendly staffs, they are always aviable 24/7 to support guests, and recommends some good local food, coffee, shop...
We will recommend Kingdom Hotel to friends visiting Hanoi.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Quarter. Everything is close at hand. The young lady on reception and the cleaner were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water.
The hotel is situated opposite an open air night club. There is very load music playing each night until 12:30am. There is also lots of other street noise until the early hours.
The hotel charged me for both my room and another guests room that had nothing to do with me. They did apologise and eventually paid me back in cash but it seemed to drag on and on before they actually returned the money to me.
