The staff were excellent, courteous and went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were always available even on Whatsapp to assist promptly. Especially Anna, huong and Aron were every kind and helpful.
Even though the rooms were comfortable and spacious, they need to be refurbished soon. The photos of the rooms must have been taken when the hotel was built many years ago and does not show the current condition.

Huong and Anna were the ones I was speaking to the whole time I was there. Outstanding customer service.
Quiet area in the Old Quarter, near the lake and during evening or morning you can just chill there with locals and tourists alike.
The hotel has a kitchen on the first floor, with elevator as some people do ask abt stairs for luggage. The staff are so helpful.
Near laundry place, souvenirs and spas in the same street. I left my luggage til 8pm with them as had a train in the night and they even offered that I can take a shower before my train.
Had wooden floors so can be a bit noisy when there are guests arriving middle or night or going off early.
I guess not all guests open their window as the sliding window had not been cleaned much as the air can get stale with not much venting except the bathroom.

Friendly and polite reception staff, but that´s the best I have to say.
Location was convenient.
The hotel itself could benefit from some updates.
The overall atmosphere felt old and in need of an upgrade.
The room was fine in terms of size but the extraction fan/AC didn´t work in the entire room. Asked for a fun and was provided with very rude manners .
The bed is solid and the pillows were saggy.
