I needed to stay in Hanoi twice during my Vietnam trip and chose to return to this hotel for my second stay as well! Central, convenient and easy to navigate!
Huong and Anna went above and beyond to take care of me and I cannot thank them enough!

It is a very basic hotel but it has everything you need for a stay in Hanoi. Brilliantly central location close to everything, clean room and good AC.
What makes this hotel so special though it’s the staff - they go above and beyond for their customers with genuine politeness, make sure you are having a good time, give Hanoi tips and can help you arrange your trips from Hanoi and/ or your airport pick up and help you buy a SIM card. Let them!
Special shout to Anna and Huong who made my life so much easier (it’s my first trip in Vietnam) and literally baby-sat me during my stay! Wonderful women who do a great job and genuinely look after their guests! Thank you girls! ♥️

We were really happy with our stay at Parklane Central Hanoi! The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of Hanoi’s main attractions, restaurants and all the places we wanted to explore. We ended up walking everywhere, which made discovering the city so much easier and more enjoyable. The staff were lovely — very friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. A great base for exploring Hanoi, especially if you enjoy discovering a city on foot!
The room could have been a little bigger, but honestly, it wasn’t a major concern as we spent most of our time out exploring the city anyway.
