Đối với nhu cầu di chuyển của cá nhân tôi thì vị trí khách sạn chính là điểm cộng lớn, vô cùng thuận tiện, dễ dàng cả về mặt đường sá lẫn phương tiện. Nhân viên khách sạn niềm nở, chu đáo, tôi cảm nhận được sự tử tế và hiếu khách từ các bạn. Hẹn gặp lại khi có dịp nhé!

I'm from the US. If you haven't been to Hanoi before, you will quickly realize that 95%+ of the hotel ratings, scores, reviews and PICTURES of hotels, are bull$hit. Totally fake. Fugazi. But A25 is better than the pictures show. I have now booked stays here on multiple trips to Vietnam. One of the better hotels I've stayed at in the French Quarter.

The reception staff were very helpful when I requested a change of room due to traffic noise all day and night. I was able to move rooms the next day. They were very accommodating and in general responding to queries. Daily servicing of rooms. Good powerful shower and bath.
The location of the hotel. As it was away from the central area (Train St etc) and opposite a park, I thought it would be quiet. In fact, it was the opposite. Possible the noisiest stretch of road in Hanoi! If you want to get any sleep in this hotel, make sure you book a smaller, cheaper room at the back of the building, where it is quiet, although quite dark.
