Great stay!

We had a great stay at the apartment. It’s basic but has everything you need. It’s very well located, just outside the hustle and bustle of the city but within walking distance. The manager was great! We would love to stay again.

Kitchen equipment is very minimum, you can invest in some more kitchen gear.

Lovely place to stay very spacious rooms and wonderful staff

The staff were wonderful, couldn’t help you enough. The room was just as it looks on the photos, lovely and spacious and perfect for a few days to relax

The room didn’t have a lot of natural light coming in during the day

位置佳、鬧中取靜、舒適、服務好

雖然覺得會打到10分實在很誇張，可是好像也沒有什麼可以挑惕的。古城區外圍，鬧中取靜，走一段路可到觀光景點，斜對面有超市，很方便。一房一廳一衛，新式電梯建築，乾淨清爽，還有快煮壺、浴缸、洗衣機、冰箱，床很好睡。櫃檯人員親切，感覺很真誠。真心推薦。

Great like home!

Great hotel! Japanese follows english. Staffs are very kind and they always talk to us in a friendly manner. The room i stayed is it looks like a little bit old, but no problem for my stay. It takes about 10 minutes to old town from the hotel. There are a lot of people and motorcycle in daytime, but particularly after 8 pm night, there are not many people around the hotel, so i think that it's better to take a taxi if possible. I walked everyday and had no problem, in my opinion, i didn't think it was dangerous place there. Some people may feel scary to walk the street at night. スタッフの方はとても親切で、フレンドリーに話しかけてくれます。会話するためには英語が必要です。部屋は多少古さを感じましたが、宿泊に問題はありません。ホテルの周りですが、昼間はたくさん人がいて、バイク・クルマがたくさんいますが、夜になると人通りがなくなるため、多少怖いと感じる方もいるかも知れません。特段、治安が悪い印象はありませんでしたが。私達は基本歩いていましたが、タクシーに乗ることをおすすめします。

Quiet location, basic spacious accomodation with super friendly staff

Good location, outside of old town and nestled away so was not so busy or loud. Easy walk 10-15min into the heart of the town and night market. The staff were super friendly and helpful! That was the best part of the stay. They provided daily drinking water which was convenient.

We stayed at two apartments and both were spacious. However, the first standard room did not have any cups and some of the dishes were not clean. We then stayed at penthouse which was very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and had a washing machine and nice views of the city but you had to walk up a flight of stairs to reach level 11, and was a pain to lug luggage down when we had to check out early in the morning.

OK accommodation but would have preferred to pay extra for better amenities and more comfort.

The staff were very friendly and helped with requests as needed. Asking for help and directions was never an issue and they went out of their way to ensure we knew what to see in Hanoi. Location was good, albeit down an ally which made it a bit difficult.

There was no laundry which is challenging when you need to wash given the weather is so warm. Bathroom was very dated and old with several broken components. Couch was very uncomfortable and the TV / Internet has considerable lag that meant it was hard to watch anything.

Worth every penny

Amazing boutique hotel located little inside from the main road. Which was a great plus, since it was very quiet to have a good night sleep, morning or in the afternoon too.

Eventhough we stayed for 8 nights, they refused to give late checkout. Even for 3 hours. The property was not fully booked. Which made me quiet upset.

Great location and a comfortable, quiet, friendly place to stay with kids.

The location was great - within walking distance to everywhere in Old Town and near a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, advising us e.g. on how best to get around the city, helping us with laundry, and advising us on the nearest pharmacy when we needed it. The apartment was a good size and extremely quiet. We slept really well. We stayed for a week so we appreciated having the space and different rooms (vs. a hotel room). Really good value for money. Breakfast wasn't included, which meant we had the freedom to choose what we wanted to eat every morning.

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. We had thought housekeeping would also wash our dishes, which they did not. They also didn't clean the bathroom during our stay other than to change the towels. The kitchen was not very well equipped in terms of cooking and eating utensils, which was a surprise as there was a kitchen area with a stovetop and microwave and fridge. However, housekeeping brought us plates and cutlery when we asked for it.

The hotel is not located on the main road, so we have to walk a short distance from the gate to the hotel. The room is big and clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful. 10 minutes walk to old quarters.

we stayed only for one night but it’s very convenient location a grocery store near by is a big plus and the staff are out standing the reception staff(appo and another guy) helped us with every thing we asked for,they arranged halong bay cruise for 1 night was out standing and they kept our luggage in their hotel for free when we went to the cruise trip.special thanks to all the staff hope to see u soon

Amazing Staff, Apartments are huge and clean. Great location.

The staff were amazing! Apple, Phil and Lee made us feel very welcomed, dis not hesitate to help us and provides invaluable information about Hanoi, and helped book multiple trips to HaLong Bay and Ninh Binh. The apartments were huge, clean and the beds were king size. Recommend the 02 Apartments as they have the best layout. Did I mention the staff were amazing 👏. Location was perfect in the old qtr.

Best night's sleep in Vietnam!

Best night's sleep in Vietnam in a very quiet, huge, comfortable studio apartment. Lovely, helpful, and welcoming staff, who speak excellent English. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Pleasant and uncomplicated

The stuff was so polite, nice and funny. All of them are very supportive and and is always up for a laugh.

There is a huge kitchen in the Apartment but no cooking utensils available. The pictures look a little different than the apartment really is.

Was located in a great spot and could walk to all the attractions around the old quarter of Hanoi. The staff were also extremely helpful and pleasant and nothing was an issue for them. The rooms were clean and the showers were amazing.
