Good location, our room was spacious, and the staff were lovely
The room had a window out into the hallway, and the light came through a lot. We also aren’t certain but they might have bedbugs ..

The Hotel is in a PERFECT location, very close to everything. Right in the old quarter but a bit apart from the main (noisy and stressful) Area.
So you could actually have a good sleep. The beds were very comfortable, the room was very spaceful and although it didn’t have a window, we didn’t feel claustrophobic at any point. The lady in the reception made our day everyday with her lovely smile her kindness and her good mood.
The housekeeping did a great job during our stay.
All together was a wonderful stay and a perfect option for anyone visiting hanoi.
The water pressure in the shower was very low, so it took a bit longer than normal to shower.
But the hot/cold water works perfectly.
Although in Booking.com its shown that they offer breakfast, the reception told us at Check-in that they don’t offer it.

Room was clean and amenities were nice. Staff was very friendly.
Predatory business practices. Don't believe all the positive reviews. They overbook the hotel, tell you the room you booked isn't available, and force you to pay a higher fee for a "nicer" room. They do allow you to cancel free of charge. Regardless if you accept their offer, they cancel your reservation on booking so you cannot leave a bad review.
We booked two rooms with two twin beds. They confirmed the reservation, said there would be no issue, and then shortly before arrival told us only a single family room was available with 21:30 check in at a higher price than the original room we booked! We pretty much had to accept because we were tired from a long journey to Hanoi and weren't in a state to look for a fair deal elsewhere.
We also came back to this hotel a few days later (nonrefundable reservation) and they pulled the same thing. We booked two rooms with twin beds, and they said they only had rooms with a single bed. The second time around they didn't charge us a higher price for the room.
FYI the cheaper room, has a window facing a stairwell with the light always on. The window does not have blackout curtains, so it can be uncomfortable for light sleepers.
