The staff were wonderful, helpful and polite. Nothing was too hard for them to organise for you. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. Every day there was fresh water provided. Breakfast was made fresh for you from a menu. The room was super quiet to the outside noise. I liked tea and coffee in the room, especially in the beautiful cups. Location close to the old city was good.
Too much light in the room at night. From the frosted glass bathroom door and window, not blockout curtains and from the light on the air conditioning. The shower was unable to be adjusted, just hot or cold, and the pressure was very weak.

Nice hotel, location could be slightly better because of the road noise but the windows are quite good insulating it. The hotel is clean and the staff were amazing. Would specifically like to mention Leo who helped me get my lost suitcase back from the airport. Without him, it would have taken much longer to it back
Location could be slightly better but I’m just nitpicking now. The hotel is great for the price.
