Hosts were helpful with strong customer service satisfaction. The venue was clean and located in a good position to access all Old Quarter venues. Suited my needs.

Everything. This place was in an excellent location with everything in walking distance and the house was beautiful. The room was bigger than photos suggest and the hosts were the kindest people I've met in all my travels. Khai helped me with airport transfers and organising a day trip to Ninh Binh. On top of this every day when I returned to the home after a hot day I was given two cold bottles of water which was greatly appreciated, they also offered me fruit and snacks and gave an extensive list of restaurants to visit as well as information on where to find fee free ATMs. If I ever return to Hanoi I will 100% stay here again. Thank you!
Nothing. Shared bathroom wasn't huge but at this price point that is nothing to complain about.

The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful with recommendations. I loved the food spots that were recommended to me! They were attentive and available to help me if I needed anything. They also helped set me up with a driver from the airport which was awesome! Great location, and I found the place to be quiet at night too.

Super friendly and accommodating hosts. Organised transport for me and my bike from the airport and gave me a space to reassemble it. Very comfortable bed and sheets.
