The room that we got was very small and tight, not like the photos of the room we reserved. I had to ask to be transferred and it took a while for the manager to agree. The staff were very helpful though . We had a larger room with the view as advertised.
Another thing is that we were paid for an express laundry service, to be done before 830am, our check out time, however, they couldn't contact the laundry the morning we were leaving! The lady manager Phi promised to have it delivered to our next destination which was 2 hours away... fortunately, the clothes, still warm were brought to the hotel at 815!
Definitely not a good experience. I think the hotel ad regarding the rooms was misleading.
