The hotel was excellent, the rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast was incredible every day.
The best part was the staff. Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful, always making us feel welcome.
A special thank you to Mr. Peter for all his support and for organizing our wonderful Ninh Binh tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip.
If we return to Hanoi, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Not much
Staff try very hard to sell their services such as airport transport (which is twice of grab) and travel package (keep asking my schedule). Fake window so no natural sunlight. Shower area is not functioning well.
