Cleanliness and staff were also very caring and engaging. Ebert was fantastic. Every concern was always immediately attended to. The restaurant on level 9 was brilliant. I had breakfast, lunch, and dinner several times and was very happy with the quality of food and service.

We had a wonderful one day stay at this hotel. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out. Every staff was warm, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Truly appreciate the excellent service and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Hanoi.
