The sky bar was a highlight, and the restaurant had a great view over the city. Breakfast always had plenty of options, with something for everyone. The rooms were on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also really liked the railway theme and the decor throughout the hotel, it gave the place a unique character. Overall, a comfortable stay.
The room service menu was different from the menu the restaurant appeared to have, which caused unnecessary confusion. Staff had to come to my room to look at the menu I had before they could prepare the food. After a long day of travelling, this was extremely frustrating and something that could easily be avoided with consistent menus.
Staff were generally helpful, but there were occasions where their attempts to help actually made things more difficult or uncomfortable. The intentions were good, but sometimes a more straightforward approach would have been preferable.
The spa was extremely expensive, so I didn't use it, although having a reasonably priced spa on-site would have been a great convenience. I was particularly surprised that the prices were around 5–6 times higher than a spa located approximately 50 metres away.
Housekeeping was also disappointing. I was only able to have my room cleaned on one day. On the other days, I left the sign out while I was away, but the room wasn't serviced. I tried going out at different times, and the only time it was cleaned was almost 5pm. It would have been much nicer to return to a clean room each day after being out for hours.

Location was incredible and Anna was a lovely host! I also managed to stain my white skirt while I was there and the hotel staff washed and returned it in perfect condition.
The drain cover in the shower was a bit mouldy.

The property is good and close the market, all shopping experience is very close by. The lake was also very close for walk or run, I will say all the required stuffs were close by. The breakfast place at 12th floor was very nice.
The mutton, beef and non vegetarian items selling outside the hotel was biggest problem for all of us.
