What an amazing way to finish our holiday in Vietnam at this beautiful modern take on a classic 'old world' architecture and design situated right in the middle of the Old Quarter of Hanoi. All aspects of the stay exceeded our expectations and special thanks to Lyn at Front Desk who always helped us with any questions.

Hotel is well positioned the restaurant is excellent the staff and service is first rate. Had breakfast and dinner in the hotel and the food was very good no complaints I would stay here again without question.
Hotel doesn’t have a pool as there is nowhere to put one but as Hanoi is very hot and humid it would have been nice to cool off.

I really liked the beautiful property, convenient location, and especially the warm and friendly service. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very attentive and welcoming throughout our stay.
