We came for our honeymoon and the hotel upgrade us to better room:)
The staff and the service was very good, very kind people, always smiling and polite.

The location is excellent, walking distance to most places of interest, fabulous restaurants and to massage place.
The breakfast was nice with wonderful view of the lake and the room is very comfortable.

Location was good, walkable to restaurants, Hoan Kiem lake where all the activities are, central to everything, plenty of spa and massages around. Street feels safe. The staff and service are excellent!! Above and beyond what was expected and asked for. Upgraded us to a bigger room on our last night. Room is good sized and easy to move about in. Beds are comfy and AC cold enough. Really, staff were so friendly and remember us by name. Very helpful with Grab drivers and directions.
Only take note that certain times of the week, the roads in front of the hotel is closed because of night market etc so we need to walk a few streets down to get a Grab or tour buses. Breakfast choice was just okay. Nothing to shout about. The shower in the tub was a little hard to get into and out off, and not a big space either.

Location, rooftop jacuzzi, and brekkie+afternoon tea included with your stay. Gym was also pretty nice and empty! They upgraded me to a big window room as my stay was short, and helped me with my taxi to and from airport and the VISA which I had completely forgotten about…
No pool for siwmming laps, how it is advertised it makes you think there is an actual pool. Very loud construction everyday from 8-530pm. No notice before coming to stay.
