The facilities are excellent. Clean room. Delicious breakfast featuring both European and local dishes - with a chef on site also for certain dishes.
The staff is friendly and professional. Would definitely stay here again.
Even though it is in the city centre - the rooms are quiet and peaceful.

Great location for being in centre of Hanoi with lots of activity and restaurants. Restaurant staff very helpful.
The staff though present were poorly trained, always senior management had to step in to assist.
