All the staff were so lovely, friendly and helpful. The food was good, rooftop bar/restaurant lovely, especially at night, and rooms nice and clean.
We also got a room upgrade which was a nice surprise.

Hotel breakfast bar was the best I have had in Vietnam. Spectacular shower in the deluxe suite. Staff was very helpful.
Hotel room’s power shuts off when you leave the room. So electronic devices cannot be charged. And the AC shuts off resulting in a damp and humid room with really wet floors. Enough to slip on.
