Great little boutique hotel overlooking the lake and just on the edge of the old town, a couple of streets away from the noise and crowds. Perfect location for exploring Hanoi, and the manager Thor and his team are extremely helpful when organising tours or transport, and were always attentive, friendly and professional.

Over lake
Excellent front of house staff particularly Mr Thor who was the daytime manager . He is an absolute asset to the hotel .

The location of this comfy and well facilitated hotel was amazing, so close to Hoan Kiem lake and the balcony facing the street were very enjoyable. Staff was super nice and helpful and they served us a delicious breakfast.
