We had a wonderful stay at Hanoi Maro Hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Everything was great, and we had no significant issues during our stay. We were very satisfied with the service, facilities, and overall experience.

The staff were absolute legends – so warm, down to earth, and easy to chat with. I stayed a few nights and genuinely enjoyed getting to know them. Will miss those conversations!
Breakfast was fairly simple – a few other reviews mentioned this too, so it wasn’t a surprise, and I probably wouldn’t have brought it up if not asked by booking.com. That said, the filter coffee was great!

The location
The fact that we had to struggle to pay with our credit card since we had no cash.
They told us their machine was out of order, and I had a hard time to make them understand the problem……. Until suddenly, like by magic, their machine worked again.
