Incredible location and truly wonderful staff.
My only recommendation is to choose a room type with a walk-in shower, as the over-tub option is slippery and awkward.

Our stay was amazing, from the location of the hotel being near the Old Quarter but also the view of Hoan Kiem lake, especially on the roof top bar. The room was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast selection with changes to some dishes daily. But the staff were extremely amazing, friendly and helpful, which what really made our time in Hanoi.
Not a dislike but a note for others that the interior window rooms are quite dark, so should be considered when booking.

The property is very conveniently located and walking distAnce to old town . The staffs were friendly and it was facing a lake . The room is spacious and clean
