The location was really good, but also quiet and close to the buses that we took to go on our daily trips.The stuff was really kind and helpful with everything. The breakfast was also really good and with a nice view of the lake and the city.

Location was in an alley and a little hard to find but it was central and very close by the bus

Very close to bus 86 stop from the airport, just 5 min walk, very close to the lake and water puppet theater and also not far from pick up point of G8OPENTOUR to Sapa. The staff, very attentive, helpful. Louis took care of us even before checking in and after we checked out. We got the room upgrade (by Genius program) too.
The hotel entrance is inside a small passage, it might look scary but it's totally safe.

The staff were helpful and friendly.
Our room had one window only and it opened on to a view of bricks and water pipes so it was kept shut. It was quite an old hotel which showed, especially in the bathroom, old elevator etc. We really only needed the room to sleep and keep our things in as we were out most of the time so in that respect it was value for money.
