The staff were exceptionally helpful & made us feel special.

The location is at a prime location (Old Quarters), making it easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was good as well. However, the best thing was the staff and their service. Special shoutout to Bob for providing exceptional support throughout our stay even after we checked out. I can honestly say that I have never received such service up until this point, and he was the one of the main reasons why our stay in Hanoi was more relaxed than stressful.
The facilities were older than expected and a few of us ran into issues with our rooms upon check-in, but those issues were quickly resolved by Bob and his team. The staff tries their best to work with what they have.
