Admittedly, I am a simple person to please. I like a clean room, strong wifi, no bugs, working facilities (like hot water, AC works), and I love when there is a 'do not disturb' hanger so I can be left alone. I loved that I could leave my DND on my door during my stay and no one bothered me while I was in my room. The bed was extremely comfortable, giant, and had really soft, clean sheets. The room was very clean and decorated really cute. The way the rooms are spaced out I did not really hear anyone else. The hotel does have an elevator and a staircase that wraps around it.
The staff is so nice and go out of their way for you. They do not advertise it, but they can also arrange for laundry and luggage storage as well. They offer tours and fantastic advice. I would definitely stay at this place again in Hanoi. It was clean, private and very comfortable and welcoming.
There is a school adjacent to the even numbered side (I think) of the building, so if you want extra peace and quiet, try asking for rooms on the side opposite of the school. You can definitely hear the kids in the morning during the weekdays.

Location was really good, within walking distance to everywhere and right next to Train street. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Beds were very big and comfortable. Hotel provided free bananas and biscuits and tea and helped to organise excursions etc based on what you want to do. Suggest speaking with the concierge before booking anything, she was kind enough to let my family shower after a haircut even though we were checked out ❤️
Photos were AI-enhanced, the actual property isn’t that well-maintained. Have to climb 2 flights of stairs before reaching the lift, but concierge will help you carry your heavy items up and down. Cleanliness is fair, slippers provided were quite uncomfortable. Cars not allowed along front road, so rainy days are quite a bane.

Central location, but on a quiet street with less traffic, great with little children 😀
The staff were super nice and helpful and had good recommendations for things to see and places to eat.

The location is close to the train street, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The front desk and staff were very kind, even providing bananas, biscuits, and tea every day for guests to take before heading out. The room was affordable but very basic.
The lift wasn’t working when we arrived, so we had to walk up to the fifth floor. The room across from ours was empty, which felt a little unsettling at first. There was a slight odor in the hotel, but we eventually got used to it. The room wasn’t quite what we expected.
