The location is convenient and the staffs are helpful and polite. The rooms are clean as well. Nice place to stay.

Lovely stay - clean room/bathroom and really comfortable beds. The staff couldn’t do enough to help: they were able to let me in at 5am to leave my luggage before check in and also looked after it after check out. They booked a car to the airport for me and being given a drink while I waited was a nice touch. There is a great choice of food at breakfast.

Amazing stay.
The staff were very friendly knowledge and have good experience about the city.
Jasmine is the best worker.
The manager Ms Angela is very helpful, she arranged for me Halong bay tour with good price. Unfortunately when i came back from the tour i could not find her to arrange for me the trip to Ninh Binh so i promised to come back next time to do it.
Hotel room is clean and less noisy than i expected. The location is in the center, very busy street everyday.
