The location was amazing and the staff were so accommodating and kind.
There was a bright light in the hallway that seemed to stay on all night and the rooms were a little noisey, but didn’t impact our stay.

The Old Quarter location was amazing, but what stood out was the exceptional, personal service and attention from the staff. The night manager was one of the best hosts we've experienced in all our travel.
The building itself is a little dated, but to be honest, it has Old Quarter Hanoi charm - it is comfortable without being pretentious.
