The location was central and The Grand Suite amazing - our own little apartment. The breakfast included Vietnamese and Western food and was extensive. The staff were friendly and very responsive to requests.
There were a number of large groups of single males staying there. Their group presence when I was on my own made me feel uncomfortable (6 males squeezed into the lift with me when I was by myself and made me feel like I was being assessed). We did not utilise the pool due to their presence.

Location, exceptionally helpful staff, staff had local knowledge to share, very clean, wonderful breakfast, spacious room with a balcony but no outside noise, very comfortable beds also
The pool was closed for renovation - just bad timing for us !

The location is a dream and also the people working there were quite nice.
We booked a standard room which they themselves upgraded. But even the upgraded room wasn’t good. So I asked for another room for which I paid another 100 Dollars on top of my previous payment. It was decent but for that price you get nicer rooms, e.g. The Legend Hanoi in which we stayed before.
Also the breakfast wasn’t that good, so we skipped it entirely the second day.
