The location is very good, next to the mainly places to visit. Also the breakfast is very good, and all the staff are very kindly. I recommend this hotel in Hanoi.

Front desk staff very accommodating to our needs for our family. Door man was super attentive. Breakfast was good with a wonderful selection on fruit every day. Location is prime with accessibility for cars which is great because some hotels in the old quarter are not accessible and you have to carry your luggage.

Central location. The breakfast is fine, fruits are good. Filled mini-bar is good (that something is in there).
The room was without a window basically. This is Booking’s mistake not to bring this up explicitly. I would have paid more for the window. Also, the hotel is not 4 stars but 3 star at best. Dunno how they got this rating.
