The location was excellent. The ambience of the hotel was amazing. I loved the pool and the staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located for Old Town Hanoi & the lake. Breakfasts are excellent too. Front desk staff couldn’t be more helpful, particularly Cherry who was always helpful and sorted our transfer when we left. They also gave an amazing restaurant recommendation and booked it for us (Cai Mam).
The payoff is that the lower floor rooms facing the street are noisy…ask for an upper floor
