Been to Hanoi a few times and i could say that this hotel is my favorite. The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi as it is in the heart of the Old Quarter and just steps away from the lake, the train street, night markets and heaps of restaurants and stores. The staff at the reception and sales are all very kind and helpful. Special thanks to Henry who went above and beyond to ensure that my family will have a pleasant stay in Hanoi. Thank you guys !

Room was clean and well maintained. I was on the top floor with a balcony which was great. Cleaning staff were very slow to come makeup the room though, some days didn’t come at all. Front desk staff were always very helpful. Breakfast was good and came with the room.

Great hotel with an excellent location right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter! The atmosphere is welcoming, the surroundings are full of charm, and everything is within easy walking distance. Perfect for exploring the city’s culture and history. I would definitely recommend choosing this hotel for your stay in Hanoi — it’s a wonderful place to experience the best of the city.
