Staff super helpful and rooms great size with very clean facilities. Really central location - walking distance to the lake, cathedral, water puppet theatre. And really short Grab taxi to Train street and Opera house (easily walking distance without young children in the heat! 😂)
If being VERY picky - rooms slightly more dated that pictures suggest but absolutely did not affect our stay at all! Would still highly reccomend 🙂

The rooms were luxurious! Lovely linen and comfy beds. The hotel was in the perfect location, friendly staff and great amenities. The pool on the rooftop was a bonus too.

Location
I reported a problem with the toilet in the first hour. They said it was fixed but was broken for full stay.
