Lovely and clean and great position

We stayed in total 4 nights and had a fantastic experience.
Especially the exceptional service of Lily stood out during our stay. We had the best welcoming/check-in experience we‘ve ever had in any hotel. Lily sat us down on a couch with tea and cake, while doing the admin and welcomed us in a very warm and friendly way, giving us tips for our stay. Throughout our stay she continued to go above and beyond, always remembering our name and ensuring we could get breakfast even when leaving early.
The king room was very clean, spacious (considering thight central buildig space in Vietnam) with a comfortable bed and decent bathroom. The Hotel is located very central in the old quarter, perfect for exploring by foot.
We highly recommend Solaria and would certainly stay again during a next visit in Hanoi.
The only improvement we could think of is the breakfast buffet. It has a good variety, but quality of the dishes could be a bit better (crispier/flakier bread/croissants, more flavourful local dishes/omelettes) and better coffee. But this certainly comes down to taste and individual preference. However this didn‘t impact our experience.

Prime location, steps away from the lake and old quarter. Breakfast was exceptional and delicious - buffet options changed everyday and I particularly liked the additional ala carte options. The staff especially Lily took really good care of me and my family ensuring we had a comfortable stay and also to assist us with local recommendations / transportation which were all a hit.
The Standard size room and bathroom was a bit small - fine for one person, however the king size bed itself was very comfortable and i had a great nights sleep.
