Staying at oriental jade was truly memorable. It is nestled beautifully into the old quarters of Hanoi - its proximity to the major landscapes makes the experience even better. The staff at the reception, breakfast area and those responsible for cleaning were all great.
The food and rooftop view tops it all.
I’ll definitely come again.

Great location and view, but the room was quiet.

Although the delay of our flight by 7 hours meant we only had 4 hours with Jade, staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome including the welcome drink, the storage of luggage, delicious breakfast, a small gift, orientation of the surroundings and a complimentary transfer to the start of our tour. The genuine customer service was much appreciated.
Would have liked to have stayed longer but will certainly do so the next time we are in Hanoi.
