Great location. Staff extremely helpful and Phem spoke great English and assisted with sight seeing locations and points of interest. Rooms are clean and great size. Had no issues with my time at the hotel.

A perfect small hotel in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter. The hotel’s greatest asset is its staff, who are always there to assist you and truly make you feel right at home.

Great location.
Clean and comfortable rooms.
Overall, very impressed with the hotel.
Update: I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted by customer services following my review, something I've never experienced before. Their exceptional customer service and thoughtful gesture of refunding my laundry costs genuinely impressed me. As a result, I've happily increased my rating from 8/10 to 10/10. Fantastic hospitality and a team that truly values guest feedback!
Limited breakfast selection, with no halal options.
Cross-contamination concerns, as omelettes without ham were cooked in the same pan used for meat.
Laundry services were quite expensive.
Overall: A very pleasant and comfortable stay. A few improvements to breakfast options and laundry pricing would make the experience even better.
