Very smart reception area on ground floor. Liked the piano and violin playing in the evening.
Rooms basically a small glass box in middle of building. Very noisy with uncontrolled children playing in the passages, talking and laughing loudly. Dehumidifier had to run the whole time to avoid moisture build up.

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Our room on L5 faced the lake (though obstructed by the tall trees around the lake itself but partial vies). Big comfortable room.. large foyer area with bar. Kept immaculate.

The location
We paid extra for lake view, but unfortunately, we got a room on the third floor, with street view
