Great location in the Old Quarter.
Staff were all friendly and helpful in making our stay enjoyable. If we needed anything they went out of their way to assist and gave great tips on places to visit.

The location is awesome. Being close to the lake and old quarter is the perfect base to explore Hanoi.
The staff were awesome from start to finish.
The room was stuffy, and the common areas were wet and not air conditioned. We had a connecting family room and it worked but needed a small space for sitting.

Location and staff!
Minor chances like a full-size mirror and soft close doors would be appreciated
