It was a very good hotel. Located in the old quarter of Hanoi . I think this hotel has really wonderful service. The room wasn't particularly big, but I thought it was perfectly fine. I definitely believe this is a hotel I can recommend in Hanoi. Thank you for this enjoyable time.

A small hotel in a convenient location for walking to sights that's a thorough modernisation of an older building, with larger than expected and well-maintained rooms, and solid bathrooms with good water pressure. Good soundproofing both between rooms and from the busy streets. The staff are helpful and agreeable, and breakfast, in a pleasant top-floor space with modest views, more comprehensive than expected, with a choice of eggs cooked to order and a multi-cultural buffet.
The necessities all there: quiet, secure, clean, private, and everything worked. Nothing to complain about for this level of hotel. Would return.

Located in the center of the old town, making it convenient for sightseeing. I believe the quality of the breakfast and staff is unquestionable. We had a 2-year-old child, and I am really glad we chose this place.

The service here is very good; they help you with your luggage when you get out of the car, so you don’t have to carry it yourself. They are very thoughtful and help you find everything you need. After you check in, you can sit by the side and they will assist you with the check-in process while also bringing you drinks. The breakfast on the rooftop has a great view, and the food is quite good. Mainly, the service is absolutely excellent, and the location is also very good. I visited 36th Street and the train station, which are nearby.
