The staff at the reception was very Kind
Th roof terrace was always wet as were the seats there.

The bed was very comfortable. The room (707) was very quiet.
The bathroom area was huge and looked newly installed, for more than one traveller the toilet could be used in privacy whilst someone else was taking a shower.
The toaster in the breakfast room actually worked very well.
No milk provided for a cup of tea, though this could be requested from reception. I was unable to extinguish the light in the "wardrobe" area and this shone directly onto the bed.
Breakfast is geared completely towards the Asian visitor. There is an a la carte menu which might be better, but I chose the buffet and if you want a cup of hot tea it has to be specially made for you. The bacon was nice but the sausages were frankfurters.

We had such a lovely stay at Minerva Premium Hotel and genuinely couldn’t recommend it enough. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, warm and kind. The staff went above and beyond for us throughout our stay and made us feel so welcome — almost like we were being looked after by family rather than simply staying at a hotel.
Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and it was the genuine kindness and personal touches that really made the stay special for us. The location was also absolutely perfect — so convenient and ideal for exploring the area.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in staying here again and would recommend Minerva Premium Hotel to anyone visiting. A gorgeous hotel made even better by the wonderful people working there. Thank you so much for looking after us so well!

The breakfast was exceptional, just as other reviews mentioned! The hotel is in a great location—very close to Hoan Kiem Lake and St. Joseph's Cathedral. The night market is also nearby, and everything is within easy walking distance.
