Thom on reception was so helpful a long with Bach and another bell boy, sorry I didn’t catch his name.
They helped me with a high amount of luggage get to my next destination. It all run so smoothly.
Grace and her team too helped me arrive and communicated through messenger before I arrived.
This is my second time of staying at this hotel, it won’t be the last.
