Location within the heart of old quarter. Lake, Cathedral, night market, train street and Dong Xuan Market are all nearby. All waking distance.
Everything is good. Staff also were helpful.

We booked an overnight boat cruise through the tour desk in the lobby, and the lady there was incredibly helpful. She explained the options clearly and helped us choose a cruise that turned out to be fantastic. Having a reliable travel desk right at the hotel was incredibly convenient and saved us a lot of time. The hotel itself was central, modern, and very clean, making it a great base for exploring Hanoi.

The hotel's location was one of the highlights of our stay. Nestled in the heart of Hanoi, it provided easy access to Hoan Kiem Lake, the vibrant walking street, and countless restaurants serving authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Whether we wanted to go sightseeing, enjoy local food, or simply take an evening stroll, everything was just a short walk away.

The location, the clean room, and the comfy bed. The street outside is noisy but does not reach the room.
The staff seemed a little disorganised at times. Some were genuinely friendly and helpful, particularly Max, while others appeared less attentive or engaged. The bathroom was extremely small, and the layout made simple things like applying make-up quite difficult.
