The staff went out of their way to help and the location is excellent (though the narrow streets means tours won't pick you up from that location).
Finding out on arrival that we there would be a surcharge to pay by credit card.

The staff and the manager Linda were absolutely incredible, friendly and helpful . The location is perfect in the heart of the action and can walk anywhere from there
The place might have been luxury many decades ago but no longer. Our first room had a weak air conditioner and I requested a change of room which was accommodated, our second room had the weirdness shower /tub combo and actually dangerous in my opinion. Because my husband and son were departing for an excursion the manager offered do downsize my room for a better rate for my last two nights of my stay which was really nice of her.
