Good hotel to escape the city noise and well located in the old town

We stayed here for one night at the end of our holiday and the staff were very helpful in organising our transfers to the airport. We had previously stayed in a different hotel in Hanoi’s old town and the Hotel Classy was much more peaceful and sheltered from the city noise. The room was well equipped and comfortable. We had an early morning flight and the hotel were able to provide us with a packed breakfast which we very much appreciated.

The room was mostly clean but we found odd clumps of hair around the room.

잘 지내고 갑니다.

조식은 다양하고 깔끔했습니다. 직원들이 계란과 쌀국수 주문을 받는데 순서가 있는건지는 모르겠으나 다른 투숙객의 주문 이후 오지 않아 직접가서 요청했습니다. 숙소는 전체적으로 깔끔했습니다. 프론트와 벨보이 직원의 친절이 우수했습니다. 방은 적당한 크기였습니다. 트윈 베드 요청을 받아주었습니다. 체크아웃 후 수하물 보관이 가능하여 당일 투어를 편안하게 다녀올 수 있었습니다.

드라이기가 너무 작고 바람이 약합니다. 침대 옆에 콘센트가 없었습니다. 하지만 전체적으로 콘센트가 많아 이용에 큰 불편은 없었습니다.

2 notti in Hanoi

Staff cordialissimo e disponibile, struttura molto centrale, colazione abbondante con buffet salato e dolce, camera un po'più antiquata di come si vede dalle foto, ma molto pulita. Abbiamo prenotato per una notte, ma per fortuna c'era disponibilità per una seconda notte qui e abbiamo prolungato. La nostra stanza era molto silenziosa la notte, al mattino si sentivano alcuni rumori provenienti dalla sala colazione che era proprio sotto di noi, ma ci siamo sempre alzati presto per le escursioni per cui per noi non è stato un problema eccessivo. Consigliatissimo! Grazie a tutto lo staff!

Exceptional

Very helpfull and kind people. They are speaking english:) They organized for us amazing cruise in Ha Long Bay. Rooms are clean, very good location. Delicious breakfast, there is buffet and You can choose something from card menu. We could stay longer in our room, becouse of late flight for free, and we get a small gift from hotel in the end:)

All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Great location, many restaurants and tourist places in short walking distance. Nice buffet breakfast, front desk the best .

The room was small compared to the photos and a bit old. There is no view at all and we found hair in toilet.

Disappointing

the staff was very kind and help us to reserve a transportation to airport at good price. the hotel is in a central position.

the room wasn’t very clean, we can smell of the preparation of breakfast very strong from our room from 6 am and noise from the neighbors.

Perfects getaway. Friendly and helpful staff.

Close to many stores, restaurants and historical hanoi. Perfect base to explore the city. Beds super comfortable and could not hear any noise from the hectic streets.

Highly recommend the place

The location is perfect enough for us to reach other important sights. The staff was very amiable and made sure that our stays were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with different choices from day to day.

The room was not clean when we arrived on the first day. The security box was defective, and a wall table needed to be repaired. I notified the hotel staff of these issues and requested a room change, which was impossible because the rooms were booked. But I checked booking.com, and there were a few non-booked rooms. I thanked the hotel for replacing the defective box with a new one and fixing the wall table.

Super friendly staff

Tony and his staff were super helpful and friendly. They helped us organise all our trips, the breakfast was so fresh and delicious. We were only meant to stay 2 nights but we stayed a further 7 nights as we loved the location and staff. If I visit Hanoi again I will stay here.

Do not expect too much. Overall ok.

Gohan at the reception (if I remember his name correctly) was really accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was rather good and they even offered affordable laundry services. Another of the staff(did not take down his name), seems like the owner, a nice gentlemen, engaged with us now and then to find out about our stay. The hotel also had an adequate amount of lifts and is located at a rather good area of the city.

The room facilities was a little run down and after looking under the bed realised that the place was not cleaned very well. There were stuff probably left under the beds by previous users and really unhygienic. The breakfast staff were quite hostile especially the one who took our order for eggs. The rest of the staff gave mediocre service quality except for the ones mentioned above.

it is very close to beer market and others good attractions

rooms are very tiny but as price is very low so its ok by price

It is a good place to stay for a short time to explore the Old and French Quarters of Hanoi!

Very friendly and helpful personal working there! Also the location is great 👍👍

it was quite noisy in the hotel since the isolation isn’t great! Also the door was not closing properly with the floor so you could heat almost everything from the floor and staircase.

Great hotel location and staff but need caution

Great location. Foods are easy to find down the street and surrounding. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Running down facilities due to their age. One incident that two young strangers were able to open our room door using their card while we were inside. I reported to reception desk and they said they were accidently give their master key to the pair.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk away from the night market. The facilities are clean, breakfast is so delicious (but i hope they change the menu because it’s the same for the 3 straight days). Staff are all so friendly and accommodating
