My family and I were very happy and satisfied with our stay at Eliana Premio Hotel in Hanoi. The communication with them weeks prior to check in and during our stay was superb. The room was clean and the breakfast was simple but good as well. Ruby, Quinn, Lily, and the rest of the staff made our stay very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Accessible to everything …food , restaurants, shopping, etc
We got everything we need . Staff are very helpful especially Linh one of the receptionist..from the beginning of our holiday to the end ..she can’t be helpful enough to us .. Thank you
The buffet breakfast were excellent too..

The staff were so friendly and lovely, staff members Link and Ivy were so helpful and let us leave our luggage in the hotel after we checked out and have a hot bath when it had been raining all day. It was extremely kind of them
