The hotel had a relaxed feel and the location was great. Only a five minute walk to the train station and old quarter. We stayed for two nights. We felt comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was large and clean. Beds very comfortable. It had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful , no task too big and the food at the in-house restaurant was sensational.

We stayed in a balcony suite which was spacious, soundproof and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect with an easy walk to a multitude of cafes etc. although the best dinner we had was in the hotels own restaurant - a superb authentic north Vietnamese meal with a very friendly and informative waitress.

Very bad smell in our room, mold and dirty shower amenities, the door, wall and crevices looked like they were never cleaned
