Our trip to Hanoi was a complete success, largely thanks to choosing the right hotel. Excellent central positioning, cozy and quiet rooms, and top-tier guest care.

I was very impressed with the standards at Sky Charm. The room was well-maintained, quiet, and spotless. The breakfast offered a fresh, varied selection. Heena’s efficiency and professional demeanor made our stay completely seamless.

She was easy to talk to, knew the area well, and never made us feel rushed when we were deciding what to do. Her suggestions made planning our days much easier. We also liked the location, as the Old Quarter was right around the corner and easy to explore on foot.
