The staff were incredible especially Peter he was super helpful
Location, staff, room was good, my room was advertised with a table and chair on the balcony however the banking was super small. No table and chair

We were celebrating our honeymoon, and the staff truly went out of their way to make us feel special. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and patient, spoke English very well, and always checked to make sure we were doing well, had eaten, or needed anything. The breakfast was exceptional, and they also gave us wonderful recommendations for places to eat and things to do around Hanoi. It truly felt like a home away from home. ❤️

Clean roomy 2 bedroom apartment in a great location . Breakfast included and chef was lovely and plenty of western food options. Staff were excellent .
Washer /dryer not ideal as clothes took hours to dry - but very minor issue .
