I enjoyed my stay here while visiting the capital for a few days. The room was comfortable and had a warm, homely feel to it. The staff were friendly and helpful whenever I had a question or needed something. Nothing felt complicated, and the whole stay was pretty easy and comfortable..

First of all, the hotel’s atmosphere is truly beautiful and spacious. I had the pleasure of staying in rooms that were simply designed yet very warm and cozy. The staff here are always welcoming and willing to help. They create a friendly and family-like atmosphere, making me feel at home every time I walked through the doors. However, what made my experience at this hotel even more special was the dedication and extensive knowledge of Catherine, the travel consultant. She not only recommended activities and attractions in the area but also shared valuable insights with me about the local history and culture. Her enthusiasm and professionalism truly made my stay more meaningful and memorable.

Location was great and so were the receptionist staff.
We were upgraded for free.
Louder location, could hear a street sweeper at 5am.
The sheets were stained and we were advised they were still clean however. Both exhausted so just said okay at this point.
We were locked out of the room for half an hour because the batteries in the door locking system “died.”
The “handy man/porter” was loud and coughing/sniffing consistently whenever we were near which was highly unsettling. Was physically pushed into the elevator away from our bags, was confused if this meant they would be taken for us or not, until they ended up at our door by him.
Was told the room was ready on arrival but had to wait 10 mins for them to double check it and still the cleaning ladies were just exiting the room when we arrived at the door. Bathroom floor was still wet when we entered.
