Since I had visited before, I already knew the hotel was in a convenient part of the Old Quarter, but I was pleased to find that the overall experience remained just as good. The price was fair for such a central location, and the room was perfectly comfortable for my needs. I also want to mention the staff, who were genuinely enthusiastic and helpful throughout my visit. Catherine was particularly lovely and helped make everything feel easy and welcoming. It's not always easy to find a hotel that offers a good location, reasonable prices and such friendly service together.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Although the room wasn't particularly large, it was beautifully decorated and had a cosy atmosphere. I felt comfortable there and had everything I needed during my stay. Breakfast was another nice part of the experience, with plenty of fresh fruit and a good selection at the buffet. I also liked that there were additional dishes available to order, so there was a little more variety each morning.

The design is attractive, everything was clean, and the location made it easy to explore the Old Quarter on foot. The staff were cheerful and helpful, making sure I had what I needed during my stay. It was a comfortable experience from beginning to end, and I would gladly choose this hotel again when I return to Hanoi.

The hotel is clean and airy, and the service is excellent. A special thank you to Catherine, whose name I hope I remember correctly. I was feeling a little down because of work, but she remained cheerful, caring, and helpful throughout. It's amazing how a littlr kindness can change someone's day!
