This was a wonderful place to stay! The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. Ami was amazing, helping us with all kinds of things. She was invaluable to us. We had a delicious dinner at the restaurant, food was very good. We would definitely stay here again.

We came back to the Meritel to close out our trip to Hanoi. The staff as ever were fantastic - especially Quân, Chinh and Lucy. We even managed to get our laundry done really quickly in the afternoon as we had an early departure the next morning. Don’t miss the sunset from the rooftop bar!
